PLEASE HELP BUILD OUT OUR NEW

ENTRANCE AND GALLERY SPACES

For quite some time we have needed a new entrance and additional gallery space,  to address this we recently pulled together enough money to build a new building. The building will provide a new entrance to the museum, house a library, a large exhibit gallery, two general exhibit galleries and a large multi-use second story mezzanine space.

The large exhibit space has a large 10x10 door to move larger exhibits into the  gallery and will house the QH-50 drone, the MQM 74 drone and vehicle exhibits.

The smaller galleries will display art and other exhibits in the collection besides some new material being loaned and donated just for these spaces.

The building will allow us to bring many new exhibits and activities to our visitors and the multi-use space will provide a meeting space for local organizations, an area for use by schools/large groups and to house temporary exhibits.

We completely paid for the slab, building structure and guttering, however this cleaned out our fund. To complete the building, we need to build entrance ramps, build out gallery spaces, install flooring and wiring.

Constructing the building has been something the museum needed to grow and deal with the large number of visitors it now attracts, however we really need help to finish out the interior and get it ready for visitors.
